Due to our small group size and limited infant openings, many families join our waitlist before a space becomes available.

To be considered for enrollment, please complete the form below and submit the $150 Enrollment & Waitlist Fee. If your child enrolls at Bluebell Kids, the fee will be credited toward your registration fee.

Please note that submission of this form and fee does not guarantee enrollment. Families will be contacted as openings become available.
