My name is Olga Ochinca. I am the Founder of Bluebell Kids Daycare and a proud mother of two wonderful children.

As a mother, I understand how difficult and emotional it is to choose a daycare — a place where your child is cared for, nurtured, and supported every single day. As a childcare provider, I also understand what is essential for children’s safety, development, and emotional well-being.

I have been serving families in San Francisco for over 16 years, providing care for children of all ages, including daytime childcare and night nursing care for newborns.

I am committed to ongoing professional education and have successfully completed formal training in early childhood development, including:

• Infant & child health and safety
• Child development: ages and stages
• Age-appropriate learning activities
• Building positive self-concept and emotional confidence
• Nutrition and feeding
• Effective communication with children and parents

I also hold a Harvard University–affiliated verified certificate in

Early Childhood Development: Global Strategies for Implementation (HarvardX).

In addition, I am certified in:

• Pediatric First Aid & CPR
• EMSA Health & Safety
• Certified Chef – Confectioner
